I had someone over 200 pounds try it and no issue, it is strong and offers great stability for both push ups and pull ups. It's padded enough that even under that much weight it left no marks on the wall, perfectly stable for Australian rows with handles. I like that you can do so many things with it with such a great variety of grips, all padded, offering a lot of functionality and variety in such a small tool. This is one of the more expensive models, but given the quality and options, I'd call it a great value. This was a pain to assemble and I wish it came with better instructions, but that's the worst I can say about it.
